My Approach
I work with people who are deeply engaged in their work—those with ideas, experience, and a clear sense that there’s more they want to explore.
They are accomplished, perceptive, and multifaceted, with a body of work and a sense there is more within them, ready to be realized.
This is where I come in.
I hold a space for clear thinking, surface what’s shaping your perspective, and support you in translating what you know into next steps that feel true to it.
Grounded in a background in strategy, leadership, and coaching, my work is focused on turning insight into clarity—and clarity into action.
My Commitment
I am committed to an ongoing practice of developing my work as a coach—deepening my presence, refining my skills, and strengthening my ability to support clear, client-led thinking.
I adhere to the ethical standards and core competencies of the International Coaching Federation, and engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and reflective practice to uphold the integrity of my work.
This includes maintaining professional accountability, honoring confidentiality, and creating a space grounded in trust, respect, and partnership.
Alongside my coaching practice, I continue to write, create, and think—ensuring that my work remains engaged, relevant, and responsive to the people I serve.

What is coaching, really?
Fair question.
The term has been borrowed by just about every advice giver on the internet, so it’s no surprise it feels a bit… diluted.
And I realized something recently
you can’t buy what you don’t understand. So let’s make it clear!
Coaching is not advice. It’s not someone telling you what to do or drawing from their own experience to guide you.
It’s a focused, real-time partnership designed to help you think clearly, see what matters, and move forward.
We start with what’s actually on your mind. A decision you’re circling. An idea that hasn’t quite landed. A tension you can feel but haven’t named yet.
From there, I’m listening for more than just your words. I’m paying attention to patterns, assumptions, what’s said and what isn’t. I’ll ask questions that deepen awareness, challenge what feels obvious, and open up new ways of seeing your situation.
We follow your agenda, work at your pace, and stay grounded in what’s true for you.
This is where coaching is distinct.
It’s built on the belief that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and capable. My role is not to fix or advise, but to partner with you in a way that unlocks your own clarity and direction.
And that’s what leads to action that actually sticks. -
The Bunton Method is built on the belief that movement doesn’t come from more advice—it comes from clear thinking. It is a focused, conversational approach that cuts through noise, challenges assumptions, and brings you back to what matters. Rather than giving answers, it strengthens your ability to think, decide, and act with conviction.
Between sessions, I offer targeted reflections and tools—tailored to how you think, what fuels your energy, and where you get stuck—so the work stays active and continues to move forward.
The result is not just insight, but traction—clarity you can trust and action you can sustain.
